“This is off the back of September school holidays, which saw the most check-ins and visitors we have had at Coolum Beach in our 20 years of business. There are certainly a lot of people in town and there is great interest in investing in property.”
Construction is nearing completion and the scaffold is on its way down, with the final touches to be applied to the complex early in the new year.
